  I have used John to purchase my home and to refinance a few times. He is very diligent, professional, knowledgeable and up to date on the lending rules. Working with him makes the loan process easy and seamless. He is there to help you at every step, and he answers all of your questions no matter how trivial they are. It is great to have John on your side to watch out for you. I highly recommend John for all your financing needs.

  Highly recommend John and Cornerstone Mortgage! We were searching for our first home and had many questions about our lending options and many more questions about the process. John was very patient with us (I can't emphasize enough how patient he was. We flooded him with questions, scenarios, clarifications, and the entire time we were freaking out about how much money we were dealing with...). He calmly walked us through our options and gave us the pros/cons of each and never pushed us in one direction or another. When we settled on a loan type we were quickly approved and had no issues funding when we purchased our first home. A few years later, we returned to John so we could re-finance and make some home repairs. I think we were a little easier to deal with this time (hopefully) and John gave us the same knowledgeable, timely and patient service that we received from our first mortgage application. John walked us through our options and worked on a few scenarios so we could see the financial impact of each type of loan. The refinance process was a little different then the initial mortgage process, but John walked us through everything ahead of time so we would know what to expect. We highly, highly recommend using John at Cornerstone Mortgage (JG Lending).

  John has assisted me with loan refinancing for many years now. It is always a seamless and efficient process. John is very professional and customer service oriented. He can be trusted to carry your loan application/process from beginning to end, while keeping you informed during the process. Honesty and trust are two attributes that are very hard to find this day and age.
