      We had tried to get financing done with other mortgage brokers in 2021, but either they only wanted the “easy” loan, or they were not experienced to manage more difficult loans. One loan officer almost cost us $10,000 due to inexperience with more complex loans. We re-entered the real estate market in mid-2022. I was very skeptical about going with another mortgage broker and so I shopped around. Jimmy came recommended as part of a group of certified professionals. He responded right away to my calls and understood the complexity of my situation. He looked across his group of Lenders with their various programs and found a program that allowed me to do “conventional financing” rather than “non-conforming.” Not only did this save me thousands of dollars, but my interest rate and lending fees were way lower than I expected to pay. Jimmy and his assistant Deanne were there the whole time. They stepped me though every requirement of the lender. Sometimes we had to communicate several times a day to get things done. I always knew what was going on during the process and even when there was a hiccup on my end, they were calm and confident during the process. They worked with my Real Estate Agent, which they had never met before, and formed a great team. The loan closed in 3 weeks which I consider record time considering the current real-estate market. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone who needed financing or refinancing. But I would also recommend him to anyone who has a difficult financing situation because he will find a way to make it happen.
