  I’m writing this review from my new beautiful home in Bloomfield. My wife and I would not have been able to get to this point if it weren’t for Jill and the team at Guzman Realty. We started working with Jill early this year and she was so helpful throughout the process. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about all we didn’t know, particularly in a very competitive housing market, but Jill set our minds at ease with her ability to calmly, clearly, and patiently explain every step of buying a home. It was so reassuring to have someone we could trust on our side. To say that Jill loves her work would be an understatement, as anyone who has met her would quickly learn. She, and the rest of the team at their office, have an obvious passion for finding people homes they will love. And we certainly love ours!

  Jill and her team were fantastic! She helped me sell three properties in Linden in one year all of which were occupied with tenants that were less than cooperative. We faced many hurdles together and I thank goodness for Jill’s professionalism, grace, and deep understanding of the human element that many real estate agents forget. Houses are not just boxes… They are homes that people care about and in my case I cared very deeply. Jill’s cheerful personality is something that can’t be faked… it’s natural and honest. I promise you can trust her— she’s the real deal. Take it from someone who’s been around the business for 20 years and I also have been known to be somewhat skeptical sometimes overly skeptical… I felt safe with Jill and I could not be happier. I wish I would have met her sooner but now that I have seen her in action I will never go to another realtor again in the state of New Jersey.
