  I've worked with Jim on two different occasions, and each time was amazing. This last time was especially remarkable because the online process was effortless and efficient. Jim used a virtual presentation platform to show me my financial options. It came as a link in an email, and it made the whole decision-making process a breeze. The presentation was super intuitive, and his little 2-minute summary video clarified any questions I had. It allowed me to think about things on my own, without any pressure, before contacting him about my thoughts. He was then there via email and phone whenever I needed, which was hardly at all. I appreciated being able to upload all the necessary documents to an online portal and using DocuSign for an electronic signature on everything. I could go on and on, but I will end by saying Jim is the best.

  Jim is fantastic. He helped us with several home buying projects, one of which was a total renovation. He has been friendly, helpful, compassionate and all around fantastic to work with. He knows his stuff in and out and I would give him 10 stars if it were possible. He can do mortgage loans all over the country. If you need money to buy a house, Jim is your guy!
