I needed a ring cut off of my pinky. It fit when I first starting wearing it. I must have gained a pound or two...lol. At any rate, I couldn't get it off anymore. Mr. Jim to the resque!! He cut it off within a couple of minutes and freed my finger! And, on top of that, there was no charge!! I have a couple of pieces that need his help....I will definitely be back with paying business!!

Jim sized up my wedding set and wow! I was blown away not only by how beautifully the rings came out, but the amazing customer service he had. His prices are beyond fair, so much that the mainstream jewelry stores were going to rip me off with the same work he did. I’ll always use Jim for our jewelry needs! Very recommended!
