He’s the silent assassin working behind the scenes to take out obstacles that stand in the way of the home of your dreams. He really does make deals happen. From initial contact to closing day, he was a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable about his business and unrelenting in finding solutions to difficult problems. We found it comforting that there’s still people out there doing business the old-fashioned way with manners, time and attention to detail, right down to a thank you gift. Buying a house in 2022 is not for the faint of heart, and after dealing with multiple rejected offers, double contingencies, more than one agent in three states and many emails back and forth at all times of the day / night and almost 7 days a week, he provided us with an easy streamlined product that allowed us to purchase an out of state property with relative ease.
