      I usually do not leave reviews for any business but the manager here infuriated me. I went to cash my check with my ID. The “manager” then proceeds to ask why is my address on the ID is one of an LA address.. mind you the address on my check matches my ID Address… She proceeds to verifying my check with my job… Comes back and tells me she needs an address in Arcadia and a telephone number…when I ask as to why she needs all of these things she says she refuses to cash my check… She is completely unprofessional!! Never in my life have a had such a hard time cashing a check. Sad part is the only reason I went there is because BOA was already closed for the day… DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRY AND CASH YOUR CHECK AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

      As walked in there was no one at the front desk for about 5 to 8 mins, she comes to the front and says she was n the bathroom, and I just told her next time she need to put something saying she'll be back ect. I ended up apologizing for her being unprofessional, Then she had verify my check which I get but she seem didn't want to do it she wasn't able to get ahold of anyone and her attitude was ugly idk if it's because I'm black but it wasn't pleasnt
