  Jo did an excellent job for us in both buying (2) and selling (1) properties. She helped us in purchasing our first home years ago, and was very realistic and helpful in that process. She then helped us sell that property years later in 2 days with over 15 offers! She was very informative with the market as well as making sure we received the best offer possible. Jo was very responsive as well when reaching out, and we will continue to use her expertise in the real estate market. We recommend her for any real estate transaction you may have!

  As first-time home buyers Jo helped us through every step of the process. Jo made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making with her knowledge of the market, many years of experience, and her down to earth attitude. Being first time home buyers, we were very timid by the whole process, but Jo made us feel confident because she was an open book and didn't hesitate to answer any question we had and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she always researched for the answer and got back to us in a timely fashion. lastly with our very busy lives Jo was always willing to schedule home showing around our schedule. we love our home and are grateful for Jo we found such a special place.
