After working with another lender that was very condescending and failed to get us approved (and told us there’s no way we could), I did a lot of research and found Joe. Since we were in a time-sensitive agreement and needed to get approved quickly, Joe was extremely supportive and very fast. He was so attentive and always answered calls & messages. Joe was very compassionate, and understood the complexity of our situation. Whatever hurdle we gave him he jumped right over it. Joe is literally a holy grail and my mother and I are SO incredibly happy we got to work with him. We talk about him all the time like he is a super hero. (Because he is) Thank you so much Joe. And to anyone thinking of working with him, yes yes yes!!! Don’t waste time with anyone else. He’s the bomb.com
