  As I was saying Joe maintained close contact with us even when there was no activity going on by calling us every Tuesday. He was patient when I was not. He expertly helped us through every step of the process, even preparing sample correspondence for us for the lender who was quite particular with their requests. He also critiqued, very gently that I had prepared for the lenders needs. I truly knew nothing about this process. Neither my husband nor I knew all the twists and turn of doing a reverse mortgage. Joe was extremely kind and patiently explained each step in the process to us. We were full of questions and he always promptly responded when we reached out by phone, or email. I found that to be amazing for a busy man. I recommend Joe for your reverse mortgage need. We hope to continue contact with him as we go along the path we have chosen by doing a complete renovation of our home. we are removing walls, installing an elevator and joining a separate mother-in-law's quarters and our upstairs home. We want to make the upstairs as wheel chair accessible for later in life so we can remain in our home as long as possible. Joe fully understands this entire process and can and is willing to share his wisdom with us. I commend him on his patience. knowledge, and "hand-holding" as we went through this lengthy process. I truly appreciate Joe's lengthy, depth and breadth of knowledge. He's awesome in my eyes and is highly recommended by myself and my husband for your reverse mortgage needs.
