As I was shopping around for a home, I was also looking around for someone to help me find a loan. Joe Zamoiski came highly recommended by a friend who told me she’d worked with him on two previous home purchases and now I can see why. Our initial call was wonderful. He learned what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and throughout the process — which included multiple offers — he would answer my questions, my realtor’s questions and would always do a follow-up call with the seller’s realtor. I closed a month ago and my loan has been sold to another company, but Joe is still answering my occasional queries as I settle into my new home. I am incredibly grateful for all the work Joe and his colleagues at Atlantic Coast Mortgage have done on my behalf and would highly recommend their services to anyone.
