We had purchased a home in 2019 and used Joel based on our real estate agent's recommendation. We had a number of issues to work through since it was an FHA mortgage and Joel was instrumental in getting our loan closed on time and with the best terms possible. We used him again to refinance our home and he and his team were excellent in keeping us up to date on the status of our loan. Joel was always available to help us though issues, answer our questions, and explain things clearly. He and his team members always got back to us very quickly. The communication was top notch! Their company portal was easy to use and very convenient for uploading documents. We will definitely use Joel again and will recommend him to any friends who move to the area.

Wonderful experience with Joel Ridings and his team. Was easy to upload documents they asked for through their system and they kept me notified as things progressed. Could not have asked for better service. They worked hard to close our loan earlier than is normal due to a time constraint for the seller. They made two parties very happy!
