      I had been attempting to refinance my home for over a year before speaking to Joely at C2 Financial Corp. I came close on one occasion to completing my refi when at the very last minute it was halted due to my Ygrene Loan for my remodel a few years ago, a hideous loan which was attached to my property taxes. When Joely went to bat for me, she not only accomplished getting me a loan, but also rolled into the loan taking out enough to payoff the Ygrene loan. It saved my life! I was drowning in my home loan and the Ygrene loan! I couldn't be more grateful to the effort Joely put in to helping me secure a new loan at a much lower rate and paying off the remodel loan saving my financial state and giving me such peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend!!

      I had previously worked with the same mortgage broker for about 20 years. Upon his retirement he recommended Joely for any future needs I would have. I am so glad he did, since Joely has been nothing but fantastic to work with. She assisted me in refinishing my home and made the process easy. She was there to answer any questions I had and guided me through the whole process. I can highly recommend her!
