  This was the first time for us to use Loan Simple. The outcome of the home buying process is in its name. We were able to get a loan quickly at a reasonable interest rate. Easy process. Would recommend Johanna and Loan Simple.

  My husband and I just closed on a house in Denver thanks to Johanna and her team at Loan Simple. Her customer service is top notch and she displayed the utmost patience with us while we tried for several months to find a property. Johanna was very responsive to questions, emails, and running numbers for potential homes we were interested in. She kept us informed during the whole loan process and made sure we were prepared for the next steps to come. She has even let us know that after our loan close she is still here for us with any mortgage, property tax questions, etc. in the future. The best part with Johanna was it never felt like a business transaction, she is so down to earth and helped us make decisions that were in our best interest! Thank you Johanna!

  My wife and I recently closed on a house just outside of Denver and we couldn’t be more happy that we worked with Johanna Stubblefield from Loan Simple for our financing. We’d initially reached out to multiple lenders and wanted to make sure not only that we were getting the best rates, but also that we were working with someone who would be responsive to what I knew would be many questions along the way. From my first phone call with Johanna late last year until our closing date just a couple weeks ago, Johanna was truly outstanding. Throughout dozens of emails and phone calls, Johanna responded immediately, regardless of the day or time. Once we started placing bids on homes, that’s where Johanna and her team dialed things up even further. Johanna and her loan processor, Billi, were truly the dream team. Despite the large quantities of paperwork, Johanna and Billi were supremely organized and incredibly efficient. They anticipated potential issues, communicated every step of the way, and put my wife and me at ease throughout the process. What I expected to be extremely stressful was instead more seamless than I ever could have imagined. My wife and I plan to stay in our new house for many years to come, but there’s no question that we’d go back to Johanna if we ever wanted to move. And in the meantime, we couldn’t recommend her and her team more highly for any current house-hunters out there.
