  Amanda was referred to me by my sister-in-law who is a real estate agent in Ann Arbor for my first home purchase. During the buying process, the house my wife and I settled on was a “for sale by owner” property so my sister-in-law was unable to assist me due to her company’s policy so I was left floundering. Amanda and Jamie were AWESOME! They guided and educated me with each step of the entire process from pre-qualification to closing. They took the time to answer any and all my question no matter how naïve I was due to the entire process being new to me and made sure that I understood what was occurring at each and every step. Even when a situation arose the night before closing, Amanda was is contact with the title company first thing in the morning to help me find a resolution in order to close that day. Amanda even contact me after our closing to make sure everything went according to plan which speaks volumes to the customer service they believe in for at that point their responsibilities had already been completed. I would enthusiastically refer Amanda and/or Jamie’s services and contact them for any future purchases. THANK YOU Amanda and Jamie for everything you did for me over the past 2 months!
