  After MONTHS Of Searching and searching for the right car. I was determined to get a Good Reliable & Affordable car seems to be impossible and I’m a very picky person. I have two small baby girls so Transportation is important to us definitely with this Texas Heat AC definitely has to Blow Cold . I stumbled upon John Kamal Car and from the moment of contact they had good communication, very professional and concerned about my needs I told him a time I was coming I got there and they were ready. What I like the most they wasn’t pressuring me to make a decision instead they were trying to accommodate all my needs and even was very patient with me because I took two days to make a decision but at the end of it all I am very happy with my new car 2019 Chevy Malibu in my baby runs good !!! I do recommend anyone to purchase their transportation @JohnKamalCars because believe me you will need it

  No stars!!! By worse car lot EVER! I know i should have listen when someone else tried to warn me when they were walking out! Apparently there is no one in charge and no higher power! The worst customer service from what is suppose to be “account manager.”

  Thank you for your review Samantha. The account manager is in charge of all accounts and does exhaust all efforts to best assist all of our customers. We regret that you were not happy with their decison in multiple extensions within 90 days nsf, however if you do find yourself in a similar financing situation within 24 months, perhaps we can revisit.
