  John's experience with over a decade of lending experience focusing primarily on purchase money mortgages was evident during his interaction with my clients looking to purchase their dream home in Newark, Delaware. I've worked with hundreds of mortgage lenders as a high volume producing Realtor in Delaware--- few show the dedication, professionalism, and care for their clients that John does. He made sure I was in the loop, and that our mutual clients were being well cared for, and kept everything seamlessly moving along from the time the clients found their perfect home thru closing day. My clients found John after speaking to several other Lenders that could not underwrite their loan. I did not know John prior, but found him professional, responsible, well versed in guiding his clients through the buying process, and excellent in communication along the way.
