  John Noldan and his Rate.com team were the absolute best! I originally had a preapproval letter from a major bank and we started home shopping. Being in a sellers market the buying process was highly competitive and we found ourselves competing with other parties for our dream home. We made an offer and the sellers agent called our major bank to verify our preapproval letter only to run into a dead end. We decided to try John’s team and were quickly back in the offering. What’s more, the seller liked that we went with John because he supports the communities he does business in! We had our offer accepted and had scheduled our closing for the Friday the week after Memorial Day, leaving us homeless for a couple of days. The Sunday of Memorial Day weekend John personally called us to say his team would be able to push forward the clear to close meaning we wouldn’t be homeless! We highly recommend John Noldan and his Rate.com team!
