  It was a pleasure to meet someone who is so on top of his game. His knowledge of how to make deal work by crunching the numbers in just the right way was so stress free. We have been buying and selling and renting houses for over thirty years, and he was one of the best lenders that we have met. It is a technological world and he helped us keep pace with extreme patience. He knew how to facilitate the technology so that we could remotely work a deal The rates were competitive and we can readily see why John was recommended to us.

  John and Josiah were extremely helpful on getting the loan for my first home established and closed. They gave me a great experience through the process, even amidst several circumstantial complications and uncertainties.
