      I've been going to John for my tax filings for years now. I even sent new clients his way. Initially, he was a friendly guy to work with. In recent years, I had noticed a change in his attitude for the worse. He became short and brash anytime I communicated with him. In the past few years, John had made accounting errors with my filings which resulted in personal audits. The first time, as compensation for his error, he knocked off the interest accrued off his tax refund fee; an appreciated gesture. The second time, he told me to "just pay it", and I had this extra money due to his error with the filings for all these years. Not the answer I was looking for, and refused to compensate for his mistake. Told me I was being petty over $150 in interest that I owed the state due to his error. John, I told you this will be the worst $150 you'll ever save. Enjoy this review! By the way, the clients I sent to you have also withdrawn from your services.
