      I got my home appraised from them in 2021. Beverly was the lady who came to view and take pictures of my home. She was in a hurry and looked like she had better places to be. Upon leaving she verified the information about our home and left out a restroom, this issue was corrected then but it wouldn’t be the only mistake the appraisal had later on. Upon receiving the appraisal somehow our home had lost value from the last time it was appraised in 2019. That’s not even the worst part of the appraisal they were missing bedrooms, rooms and sq ft ?! I would not recommend them at all if you have a choice.

      I had to have a new appraisal to refinance my house. My house is apparently the only house to lose value in 2021. The report stated that the prices haven't increased. I purchased my house originally in 2019. My house was compared to a couple other houses in the report that had sold in 2019 and again in 2021. One of the house sold for 140k in 2019 and just sold for 165k. Also, I have called numerous times trying to get an explanation but never received a call back. I have no clue how it is possible that my house lost value
