  What an amazing person Jon and Melissa are! I am so thankful I found this team at Sun American Mortgage to handle my unique buying situation. Jon took the time to explain every detail and all the steps in my process to buy my dream house. Nice thing about working with Jon was knowing I was actually pre-qualified. No worries. I was approved by underwriting. A lot of other companies are quick to send you an approval letter and then when the time comes to be underwritten they lose the house and possibly cash. With Jon I knew I was safe, qualified, and was able to close in 14 days. I can’t wait until I need another house because I’ll be able to work with Jon and Melissa again! Thanks for everything.

  Jon has been helping me for years now and has never disappointed me! He originally helped me with my personal loan for my new home and since then I have referred many of my family members to him as well. I'm also a full-time real estate agent, so I make sure to tell all of my clients about him if they do not currently have a loan officer that they are working with. And even if they do, I highly encourage them to give Jon a call to at least compare and many times they end up going with Jon instead of their original loan officer. His customer service skills are exceptional, and he is very detail orientated and keeps you in the loop at all times. He has never missed a closing date for any of my clients and they have all thanked me for referring them to Jon! I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, he is the BEST in the business, and you will not regret giving him a try!

  Jon was extremely helpful with all aspects of loan prep thru funding. He frequently stepped me thru some of the forms, which was tricky since I had to use the local library's computers. His team was also very helpful with backup phone calls and emails. I would use Jon and Sun American again, and recommend him highly! He went out of his way to answer my questions and provided support!!! Big thanks to Jon and his team
