  Jonathan helped us secure a good loan as first time home buyers. He worked restless to answer all our questions, and kept us informed through the preaproval process. After our offer was accepted he worked hard to close within only three weeks. I highly recommend Jonathan as a mortgage agent.

  We are so glad we ended up working with Jonathan on our loan. He is just great at what he does. We initially started our loan process with a different bank and a different mortgage specialist. In the middle of the processes we ran into some issues and a lot of questions. So we really wanted a second opinion and we found Jonathan online (thanks to his good reviews everywhere) and just contacted him. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, helped us with all our questions and gave us several tips on how to deal with our challenges. Unfortunately, (or perhaps fortunately) we could not work with the original bank and we switched to Jonathan and Bank of the West. He made the entire process look so much easier for us, was very responsive to our emails and questions, and worked so hard so we catch our deadlines. I strongly recommend him.
