      I opened my business account at this branch and the staff was extremely helpful. I was debating JBT or my regular bank, but JBT had less fees, which means a lot for a new business. I'm not a huge fan of JBT overall after so many issues with my online banking, but the staff at this branch fixed it for me everytime. My mom also prefers to go to this branch for her church's banking because they are always friendly and efficient. I don't know why the one reviewer complained about money orders. Most banks require them to be deposited because of banking regulations. And I'm glad they aren't allowing just anybody inside during this pandemic. I know the staff at my other bank are more stressed because their lobby is open. It's a safety concern with the masks, which is understanding since it's a bank. Honestly, I don't even remember the last time I went into a bank anyway because you can do almost everything online or through the drive-thru. Mobile deposit is a HUGE time saver in my busy schedule for those rare times when I do get a check.
