      I will never personally bank with JBT. Unfortunately my company deals with them and I have the pleasure of depositing the checks into accounts. The branch manager has no idea how to interact with customers obviously and is setting a great example for her employees. I will drive 20 mins to another JBT than go to this branch down the road. Pretty bad when you go to other branches and they say "Oh yeah we get lots of complaints about that branch"

      Some of the branch employees need reminded they are in customer service industry. Smile. Be pleasant and happy. The unfriendliness from some makes me want to bank elsewhere.
