  Great responsiveness and availability. Whether it was at night or on a weekend I felt like I could get a hold of Joe for a new mortgage scenario or general question. As a first time home-buyer the team was great at explaining every detail of what to expect and when.

  If we could give them more stars, we would. We cannot say enough about Joe and Rebecca Demarco. From the minute we got in touch with the DeMarco Group, we knew it was going to be a positive experience. They were kind and available, and they never made us feel like there was a stupid question. In fact, they calmed us down on a few occasions and assured us that we still had plenty of time to close in our short timeline. (We were buying our old home back and were desperate not to lose the opportunity).The process was positive, quick and efficient. We went from pre-approval to closed in about six weeks. If you are shopping for a mortgage, stop looking. They bent over backwards to make sure we got the very best rate, and even knew we should lock in that day because it was going to rise.
