This is our third mortgage in a row with Intercoastal. We don't even bother to call anyone else anymore. The rates are good (I do check around), and the personal attention is FANTASTIC. Josh answered texts from a realtor helping us buy a property on a Sunday Mother's day, with no previous notice from us, and got the realtor the documentation she needed to help us put in a winning bid on the property THAT SAME DAY. Who else can or would do that?!?!?! Josh Cilman will. Intercoastal ROCKS, both Josh AND his support staff. You find a business like this that works tirelessly FOR YOU, and you stick with them. Intercoastal Mortgage is that kind of business.

The staff at Intercoastal is hard to beat. Very efficient. Forthright with explanations. Communicates promptly on any of our questions. Very knowledgable. We have used them multiple times and always with 5 star results. The staff is also very personable, accommodating and extremely pleasant.
