  As a first time homebuyer I wasn’t sure what I needed to know. Josh walked us through all the various considerations so we could develop a thorough understanding of the process but also figure out what was important to us in a home. We came up with a good list of what we wanted and Josh presented us with listings that made sense. And we got them as soon if not before they came available. Once I walked into the door of what would be our first home, Josh lined everything up so we could close on time and without hassle. Even after we closed, he helped us find vendors for the home improvements we had planned. He went beyond what a realtor does and made sure we had what we needed to get happily settled in our home.

  Josh helped me through the home buying process as a first time home buyer and navigating the challenging San Diego market. My husband and I were looking for the right home for a very long time and Josh stuck with us the entire time and pivoted as our requirements evolved and changed. With every offer he gave us guidance as needed but always followed our decisions. He was extremely responsive and on top of every offer we made.
