  If you are in the market looking for a loan officer whether it be to buy a new house or even refinance your existing mortgage- look no further! Joshua and his team are phenomenal. Being a finance professional myself I appreciated how detailed and transparent Joshua was while talking through the different financing options. We closed my loan in 21 days and this was by far the best and easiest experience compared to my previous ones. Big shout-out to Britani Bohacek and the rest of Josuha' team working behind the scenes for addressing all my questions and making this a pleasant experience.

  Joshua and his team sincerely shows care for those he works with. We bought our new home with his help, and he made what could have been a much more stressful process smooth by ensuring we have the information we need every step of the way.   We made our mortgage purchase decision in very short timeline. Since we were purchasing a condo in California from Texas, the real state bidding process is very different. A pre-approve letter issued from a loan broker is a must before we can be an eligible bidder. We contacted Joshua Sun from Blue Financial Group and he quickly responded to our request and we were able to get the approve letter in the second day. A video Team meeting setup by Joshua also cleared many questions we had. In the end, we were able to successfully win a bid and closed the deal in 5 weeks. This is unbelievable smooth considering we are buying from out of state and without personally present in California. In addition, Rachel Bettine (Joshua's assistant) also did an excellent job by keep up updated twice a week. I would most definitely recommend Joshua Sun of Blue Financial Group to anyone has loan application need to purchase real state.
