      I loved this bank as NEFCU, as Jovia they still have great service during business hours at the branch, but as the other customer said, beware the 1-800 number on the back of your card. The after hours customer service is horrendous to the point where I purposely wait and call the branch directly the following day. I think the name change and changing everyone's debit/credit cards was a bit unnecessary. Don't fix something that isn't broken.

      Awful customer support after hours. Take this as a warning. If you have ANY issues after banking hours youre basically on your own. Spent 30 minutes on the phone because my card was declined at a dinner on MOTHERS DAY! Why you might ask? Because the bank accounts associated with my debit card got removed for some reason. The representative said my card is active d that I have to call tomorrow. TOMORROW?? How does that help me with a $100 dinner bill that I cant pay now because of an error that cant be resolved after the bank branches are closed. Do yourself a favor and use a bank that will be able to actually help you 24/7. And before you ask I'm not a new member, I've been with them for over 2 years and always have had issues. Closing my account asap

      I was taken care of immediately. 0 minutes wait time. Parking lot is free and this institution has the most up to date technology banking system. Customer service was courteous and professional and follow up call was immediate. Thanks NEFCU.
