  I was very disappointed over the lack of communication and knowledge of some customer service reps I stopped reaching out Joseph passeggiata reached out today and went over and beyond solving my issue He explained everything and worked with me to get it fixed Excellent job!!! Restored my confidence in jovia

  What is it with this bank??? I just did a transaction with a teller through the machine. I asked for specific bills and she just gave me whatever she felt like! Went to the front desk and apparently they don't have access to give me the change right now either. I'm at a bank and can't even get change!!! SMH I just dealt with the most unhelpful teller ever. She was telling me that I can't get a bank check for under $1,000, and that I would have to get a money order, when I know good and well that I have had bank checks made right here for under a thousand!!!

  Don’t go here! This is the worst bank can’t even speak to anyone on the weekends or after hours. If you loose your card you can’t even report it lost because no one is there to answer your call.. you can’t even check your card balance unless you have your “member ID number” Never have I heard of this!
