      I admittedly don't visit this branch as much as I should, but I always get stellar customer service every time I'm here, whether it's to use the teller or customer service people for one thing or another, it's always a great visit. Thumbs up and don't stop being great.

      The Syosset branch has been closed since the pandemic and now it says online it's open when it's not...and the ATM is often out of service. Unacceptable. People need money and what is the point of a credit union if you can't get money or a teller?
