Went in to open up a business account waited a half an hour to then be told I had to make an appointment otherwise I couldn’t be seen… I am currently a member there and now I will be opening up a business account at another bank… I have never experienced such poor customer service before.

The customer care and service has decreased dramatically since NEFCU changed to JOVIA. They operate with a big bank perspective and little concern how they may be able to assist the people who have held accounts with them for 20 years.
