We bought a 2004 Honda Pilot back in February. No issues with the vehicle at all, but getting our tags and registration has been a nightmare. He made us sign a POA so “we can file your paperwork for you” (AKA a reason to charge a $500 “dealer fee” which is dumb when a vehicle has been PAID IN FULL and you can submit your own documentation) and we have been unsuccessful in getting documentation we need to renew the tags which expired April 27. Our only saving grace is the extension granted because of COVID-19 which expires on May 15. So at the time of this review, in 4 days we will have a nice running vehicle that we can’t drive because the tags are expired and he’s too “busy with other customers” to fix a problem he created being greedy. Take this information and do what you wish... The 2 stars is because so far the car is solid. They get a 0 for customer service.
