  I have known Juan Barraza for a few years now. He has always been my go to person/lender when it comes to refinances or new purchase of a home. His expertise and knowledge has always helped me an my referrals in understanding the process well. What we like best is that he was always available for any questions we might have. Juan and his team do an excellent job when looking at all the documents for approval to ensure there is a successful closing with no delays. He just helped my in-laws obtain a loan to buy their first new home. They were amazed how smooth and fast the closing was once their offer was accepted. They closed in less than 30 days!!! We are so grateful for his help in assisting my in-laws in their dream of becoming homeowners. Thank you Juan for all you do!!!
