  Jules is stepping up. I hope that their follow-up will be as good as they were on the front end. Noah Solton was great to work with and he promises that he will personally follow-up on outstanding issues. I am changing my rating based on his commitment.

  We provided financing to Mr. X for a piece of equipment to help him take on new work and expand his business offerings. A few months into our four year agreement, Mr. X’s account began to show slowness and irregular payments for amounts less than agreed. We have been working to help find a solution to get the payments on track; however, conversations have not yet been successful. Our goal is to provide financing that allows businesses to grow and be more efficient. In rare cases, customers experience prolonged difficulties meeting their obligations to pay. We realize when business is not going well that it creates a higher level of stress and frustration. We are saddened to see how this client took out their stress and frustration with this review. However, we will continue to do our best to accommodate his business, and any client of ours who may experience a similar hardship in the future. Please contact your account executive so that we may continue to work with you and resolve this matter.
