  When I initially spoke with this office regarding insurance they lead me to believe that my husband would be HOH and just add me as a driver so I can get his rates. I then got a bill for over the amount I was originally told. I emailed 2x with no response and called and left a message which was never returned. I then proceeded to call again until I was finally able to speak with someone. I was sent an email that my insurance was going to stay the same. I called the office and the person that answered mentioned that she was the one that gave me my quote and that she had not told me tell me I would only be added as a driver and not HOH. Take a look at the pic and see it for yourself. I guess take note when u talk to this office because according to them they take detailed notes but she forgot to include that.

After reading carefully your review and looking back at our notes, We did advise you being added to your husband's accounts would mean adding you to the household. I believe there was some discrepancies on your end regarding your driving record.
