      I'm a bit biased—Jung, Novikoff and Stevens have been my accountants for thirty five years. They have given me great service over the years as my tax profile has changed many times. I haven't been to another accountant in all of these years. To make it even more reassuring, Marc Bronstein is the best tax/estate attorney I have ever worked with—he is in the same office. Alan G.

      We had a terrible experience with them in 2016 (preparing 2015 taxes). The accountant who was working on our return made multiple errors and was difficult to communicate with. We had to do a ton of research to double-check (and eventually correct) the work. The errors were quite significant financially. It appears we did not work with someone from the A-team at this firm, but we would have appreciated being told initially that they did not have the capacity to take on our return rather than having to work with an underqualified team member. We were charged full price despite all the problems and are not going back.
