  Working with the office personnel was enjoyable and efficient, with a 'can do' attitude. My only negative comment concerns trying to sign my name to the electronic "scratch pad" in order to have a signature on file. It was very difficult, and my signature looks awful! Otherwise, all went very well.

  While searching for a mortgage to finance my new home, I came across JVB. I decided to obtain my mortgage through the bank after speaking with their impressive staff. They knew the ins and outs of the process by heart and were able to clearly explain the details to me. Of the five or six banks I shopped (mostly large banks), none came close to making me feel as comfortable with the process as the folks at JVB. The staff was very helpful and responsive when I had questions about the process. Their support allowed me to close on the home with an accurate picture of the actual costs, something the other banks could not clearly provide. Since moving in, I have contacted the bank several times with questions and they have always replied thoroughly and promptly. While searching for a mortgage, I read that you should pick a bank wisely, since you will be dealing with these individuals for the next 10 - 30 years. I am very glad I followed this advice and could not be happier with the excellent service provided by JVB.
