  I paid over $650 to another shop in Grayling to fix my RV generator and it still was not right. I made an appointment to get Just Trucks to fix it. They suggested a possible fix (hidden breaker) and that did the trick.

  The staff is amazing. We purchased our camper here and they are always willing to help with our needs. Fast turnaround and we are always treated fairly.

  We did not use their service, although much closer to our home than Fink & Sons in Grayling. They provided us with an appointment 4 weeks out and we were scheduled to be traveling. Fink squeezed us in and did a great, although time consuming, repair of a very dangerous leaky fuel line. I think that any company geared toward servicing RVs has to be able to accommodate sudden repairs for the traveling customers. It’s part of the business. We made clear that this was not general maintenance or winterizing, and that our trip could not proceed in winter weather without a working generator.

  Cindy, Thank you for the comments. I am sorry to hear that rated us with just 2 stars. Unfortunatly a lot of people love our service department and in that light is why we are so heavily booked. I can understand the 2 stars should we have performed poor service, however you rated us and we didn't even provide ANY SERVICE for you. Isn't that like rating a resturant poor when you haven't eaten there? Give us another chance when you are in the area.
