Jay and the K & G Capital team were amazing helping me and my client buy a home with their VA benefits. I had not done a VA loan transaction in a long time and it was super easy with Jay's help. No appraisal problems, no lender required repairs, closed in less than 30 days. It could not have been any easier if it were conventional. I hope more sellers and agents will help veterans use their benefits when buying a house. There is literally no reason not to when you're using a loan officer who knows what they are doing like Jay Abaya. BTW this was not the first transaction where Jay went above and beyond for me and my clients. I hate to admit this but I even text with him on weekends when needed and he always responds.
