      After one of the “big name” lenders failed to deliver on their “loan guaranteed” promise and totally left me in the lurch; K was able to process and complete my loan in just nine days. Their personal service, human contact and constant status updates are far superior to updates conveyed by impersonal online portals available from other lenders. I highly recommend them.

      Extremely horrible experience! This morning I receive I very unprofessional text message from this place. They refused to identify themselves and were extremely off putting. I went ahead and let them know that as a professional they should be using appropriate punctuation and should identify themselves in their communication because not doing so can make them seem unprofessional. Anthony Perez (or someone on his number) proceeded to make fun of me, my credit score, and event mentioned my mom in his insults. Needless to say, save yourself the headache and go with someone else for your business!!! RUN away from this place! There are plenty of good professionals out there that have good customer service.

      I worked with Bobby on the purchase of my home. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I had an overall positive experience, one that resulted in closing escrow on time. The seller was going to charge us daily if we didn't. He got the loan closed on time. We got a slightly lower rate than initially quoted, he was able to get another investor with better pricing. I would recommend Bobby to friends and family.
