  This place is horrible, I tried to get a check cashed in and then they told me we don't cash checks more than 2 days old... Like what?. I don't even know why they in business still.

  I've tried to cash my payroll check at this place 3 times and all 3 times were unsuccessful. The first time the guy refused to even try to do it because there was a tear that was literally a quarter inch long coming off the perforation that happened when I was separating the check from my stub. He refused to even try, he just said it won't work in the machine. (The place where I did cash it had absolutely no problem with the tiny tear) The 2nd and 3rd times there was just simply no one there or they just had the doors locked and weren't answering the phone. Both times were definitely during business hours as well. This last time (about 20 minutes ago) the first time I called, someone answered and didn't say anything. Then when I called back they didn't answer. Terrible customer service, don't waste your time or give them the money they'll charge you for cashing your check. Spend your money with someone else.

  These people are lucky to even get one star for me due to the fact that I go in there to cash a personal check and there's literally a sign on the window saying that yes they do cash personal checks for a certain percentage which is fine and all but the gentleman at the front desk said that they don't do it and refused to help me. Unprofessional and I will never go back there again avoid these people like the plague because I do not care about customer service and they will lie to your face basically
