      Horrible service and bad attitudes, I recently had a closing with a client there the client had a credit for money and he wasn’t given a check also I’m a realtor and I was not paid for services even thou I provide them with the confirmation disbursement three days prior to closing . When I emailed escrow closing officer Joyd Lippard to found how they will disburse may commission, I got no response. Also we were able to close on time due to bad Communication from title. We ending up closing two days later. When I called the office to found out about my commission the person hung the phone up on me twice. As a Realtor it is important to have a great working relationship with title company and always have open lines of communication. I will never do business with them again. Nor would I recommend them for future business.
