      After 30 years with this bank, it has gone down hill in the last five years. They don't answer their phones, and they make mistakes that are horribly inconvenient. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other credit union than Kaiperm. I had to opened up another credit union account.

      Nearly 20 years banking with them. I used to love them until they started harassing my household due to a family member’s banking issues. After I told them to stop harassing by the advice of an attorney, they started again and left documents outside our house. I now have to take time off work to go to the courthouse due to faulty servicing of documents. THE FAMILY MEMBER DOESN’T LIVE WITH ME, HASN’T FOR WELL OVER 2YEARS NOR WILL THEY EVER AGAIN!!! They went as far as to ask for my elderly mother that I recently moved into my home to take care of. She doesn’t talk to the family member either! Needless to say, the way my household has been treated, I would never recommend this institution to anyone. EVER.
