      Kaitie helped me and my husband every step of the way! I came into the home buying process not knowing as much as I should but Kaitie talked me through loan options and what would work best for our lives. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to answer any and all questions. Even when the coronavirus pandemic started and our employment was up in the air, she helped walk us through the worst and best case scenarios and found us a great interest rate! She was easy to talk to and always very helpful.

      Kaitie is the best at what she does and that is make dreams come true! She and her colleague Courtney are always available. We've called her after hours and even on 4th of July and she happily answered our calls. During our journey Kaitie and her colleague Courtney kept my husband and I informed from start to finish. Our sellers wanted to settle within 45 days and she said no problem...we went from sale to settlement in just 32 days. Our journey was smooth sailing, so smooth that it felt too good to be true...just like our new home Kaitie is a dream come true. We will be using and referring Kaitie for as long as she is in the business. I can't put into words just how thankful we are to have connected with her!
