      2021 Taxes... Another year, more taxes! John Chiappetta worked his magic and helped me with my taxes again this year. I will use John and Kaizen CPAs every year... They are a great help! 2020 Taxes... Once again, John Chiappetta was friendly, fast, helpful and complete. He was a pleasure to work with. I plan to use John and SCL every year. 2019 Taxes... Working with a tax consultant is not something I normally look forward to each year, but John Chiappetta changed that. Working with John is incredible. He is friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable about even the most trickiest tax laws. I would highly recommend using him.

      Kaizen CPA'S took over VBL Certified Public Accountants. I had been with VBL for 30 yrs and had good service. I called to schedule an appointment with Kaizen and they said no appointments are being done. Drop off paperwork only. After over 5 weeks I have received no phone calls on the status of my taxes. During that time I called twice - no one from Kaizen returned my calls on the status of my taxes. I picked up my taxes and will have H&R BLOCK do them. H&R BLOCK gave me an appointment the very same day and will have them done in the same week. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND KAIZEN CPA'S TO ANYONE.
