      I am an advocate for Credit Unions. KTBCU is woefully lacking in customer service, making a case for going with institutions that can provide good customer service. Credit unions should be able provide good customer service, otherwise becoming extinct is fair game. Recommending any business not attentive to it's customer should not be done, bank here knowing that.

      The bill pay doesn't allow you to pay bills on time.. if I submit a payment on payday it dosent reach the place until sometimes a week later, so my payments show up late.

      This bank is very unprofessional and has the most random hours and doesn’t even post them on their website. Their voice mail system is misleading as to if they are open or not. Would not recommend this bank if you have to pay bills on certain time, because you can’t rely on this bank.
