  5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara told us our options and we listed our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over and got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house! We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even being contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Kara’s advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. We are very lucky to have found her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs/wants an agent who will go above and beyond for their clients.

  If you're looking for a realtor, look no further. Kara is such an amazing realtor. We were first time home buyers and she made the process very easy. She made sure that we understood the buying process, especially since we were using our VA loan. She is very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She looked at EVERYTHING when she showed us houses and made sure nothing was overlooked. We didn't live locally, so it everything was done virtually. We did make one visit and had gotten our 1st offer accepted but we decided not to through with it as the house had many repairs to be done. We put in an offer for another home and it got accepted.. it was THE one. Kara made sure everything was perfect. She communicated very well with us and the listing agent and was able to negotiate more than what we had expected. Kara was very flexible, working with our work schedules and communicated us throughout the whole process. Her and her team are very hardworking and truly care for their clients. It wasn't just about selling a home, it was about making sure we were happy in our forever home. Thank you Kara for all that you did for us and helping us find our 1st home 😃

  Let me start this by saying that Kara is more than a 5 star rating. She is just simply amazing. She is very professional, an expert in her field, has all the much needed connection, strategies and highly effective and efficient in everything that she does. We just completed our house purchase with her help, this went quite smooth and easy despite the very complex realty market at this time. Kara and her team is just so great to work with. She is very patient, supportive and always has the best interest of her clients as a priority. We are so grateful and will highly recommend Kara to anyone who needs help in buying or selling their properties. She is the Best!
