  Karen has been amazing throughout this process. Karen took the time to educate me (first time home buyer) on the process multiple times by phone. She is very knowledgeable and patient. When we obtained quotes from other lenders, Karen was able to go through the quotes and help us compare. She even advocated for us with Fairway Mortgage leadership to get a better rate. Karen replies quickly and is always professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and I'm sure I will be referring future clients to her.

  Karen went out o her way to help us. She was always polite and answered our questions quickly. We told her what we wanted, and what we were looking for, and she was always instrumental in getting back with us and explaining in-depth all of our options. Overall she made the process seamless, easier to understand, and a lot less intimidating. I would highly recommend Fairway Independent to anyone looking for a lender.
